“Well, you see. I can understand that you have mana, but as for the mana itself, I don’t know the amount because they don’t appear on the surface. If you are as strong as Masaru, then I would be able to see them clearly—”

“Meaning?”

“You both have an average amount of mana, so the rest depends on your effort.”

However, whether or not the effort is rewarded depends on the mana a person has since birth.

First, they need to be able to sense mana. Next, they need to learn how to use mana. Only then will they finally be able to use magic. The amount of their mana is still in growing phase. They are only doomed if their mana is on Sati level.

At first, they will be able to weave fire, then they will start making droplets of water. From there, it takes a huge amount of effort to train until their magic is usable in actual battle. That is because they will need a huge amount of mana.

You cannot call yourself a mage if you can only use it for a while. Plus, that much won’t be helpful either.

“If the sword cannot beat the monsters, then wouldn’t that make it a child toy?”

Then, after training for half a year to a full year, or maybe after more time were spends on training, these people may find themselves untalented like Will.

People in this world can’t afford to spend time trying hard to see if they will be rewarded.

Because of that, they will take up sword and bows from their early years. They can guess their limit by taking a good look at their own body, and their trained muscle will bore fruit for sure.

Even with a weak strength, a sharp sword can be used to slay monsters.

“I see. Thank you very much, Angela sensei.”

“Now, now. You all are welcome.”

I hope Angela sensei will make her exit. It’s regrettable for Crook and Silva, however she is my wife. I cannot let them stare at her for too long. If you want to show your appreciation, show to them elves.

“As expected, I have no talent whatsoever to become a wizard……”

In the first place, it’s hard to say a person has talent in magic, when they cannot learn mana sense first.

Magic user are rare in general.

“How did Lazard san learn mana sense?”

“No idea.”
