NEET Hello Work 8: Chapter 2

“Is that a compulsory request?”

“It’s optional. It will be a dangerous and a long, dragged battle. Since it is an urgent request, the rewards will be scarce.”

Not only are we fighting in a foreign country, but the rewards are also only on par with emergency request as well. Indeed, it’s reasonable to make it compulsory.

It’s a great chance to get plenty of experiences. But this is something that I need to consult with everyone first————

【Participate in the Hilgis Recapturing Operation

Participation in the Hilgis Recapturing Operation

Rewards will be given when the end of the operation is declared.

Rewards: All party members receive 10 skill points + one wish

Will you take the quest?  YES/NO

Suddenly, the menu was opened. A quest……it’s the first since the Elf one.

“Let alone the probability rate of success for this operation, I don’t even know whether we could make it out alive from this mission. Even if we managed to recapture the country, all the thing we will receive are honours for saving the country and a small reward. However……”

“I’ll participate.”

I answered immediately because there is not much choice. Since the quest has been issued, I must accept it regardless of how reluctant I am feeling. I just need to accept my fate to join this quest.

“I-is that so? Don’t you need to consult with everyone?”

“I’m sure everyone will agree to participate. Even if they don’t, I will, for sure.”

They won’t disagree in the first place.

“Yes! I too, will participate!”

Good, good. Sati is a nice girl.

“They will make the announcement about it soon, but the operation itself will be several months later. Meanwhile, you can use the time to train.”

  1. Thanks for the chapter!!! Soo on the part where Masaru returns to the elf castle, is it supposed to repeat the sentence twice?

  2. Part 7 and part 8 is the same entry, so you skipped an entire part of the translation. It feels like a bad jump cut to section 9. Seriously, why are you splitting the chapter into so many pieces, it’s pretty repugnant when I read on my cellphone. I appreciate the work you are doing, but the presentation is leaving me with lots of doubts to the reason why.

    1. Agreed. I can understand splitting it into a few parts, but more then 4 or 5 is excessive.
Ad revenue is a thing and understandable to try an milk a few extra pennies, but going too far will just encourage readers to go elsewhere, or just skip it all together.
